i'm pretty sure that dogs are in god's image.
not so much because "dog" is "god" spelled backwards (although i suspect god likes to play word games like that), but because love and forgiveness are their middle names.
besides, i've never seen a dog ask for money for a cheap green cloth of prosperity.

Amen to that...Anyone who thinks humans are the best thing God made better rethink...I can think of several species that do a better job of "brotherly love."
I've often thought this myself when confronting the incredible softness and sweetness of a dog...a bit more cynically, Mark Twain said "“if you pick up a stray dog, feed him and make him prosperous, he will not bite you. This is the primary difference between dog and man.”
