211. the “fresh strategy” strategy

it seems that every time a new strategy for the war in iraq is just about ready for accountability, the president changes the leadership and charges them to bring in a fresh strategy.
i’m starting to suspect that “fresh strategies” is the strategy—a nimble implementation of the age old “it’s hard to hit a moving target” philosophy.
come to think of it, it’s more like laundry detergent.
so i guess we can look forward to a newer and more improved fresh strategy in september.
but i'm not holding my breath that it will be anymore effective in getting rid of the stink that continues to permeate their dirty laundry.
