most people i know occasionally experience deja vu—that feeling you been there before.
not so for me.
i always experience jamais auparavant (rough translation: "never before").
it always happens when i go to a place i should know but feel like i've never been to before.
like this blog for instance.

Sounds like the beginning of senility to me. Usually associated with advanced age, characterized by the inability to remember simple, recent events, general confusion and bewilderment, and increasing debility.
i would highly recommend a new wardrobe, it should at least have 2weeks of depends on hand at all time
