underneath all fantastic posts is the seamy underbelly of self promotion.
for instance, i used to proudly display a badge claiming i had been elected for a major humor blog award.
the truth is, i nominated my blog. and then i voted for myself—as a pathetic piece of pandering as i’ve ever stooped to.
but a blogger does what he/she has to for traffic and eyeballs.
don’t really understand why.
i suspect it is the result of some sort of brain disorder that most likely could be corrected by imbecilic stem cell research.
just another reason to pass federal funding for the research.
