i announced, okay everyone gather around in the bathroom for a pseudo step family meeting.
keaton and pseudo step daughter alix said, what is it?
i said, i’m going to teach you how to replace empty rolls of toilet paper with new ones.
alix said, but we know how to do that.
i said, i don’t think so because they’re always there for me to change.
keaton said, we do it because it’s nice to see you get passionate about something.
i said, really?
they both nodded in agreement.
i was touched by the thoughtfulness of their apparent selfless acts.
so i said, gee thanks, i don’t know what to say.
keaton said, you don’t have to say anything. it’s the least we can do for you.
then they left.
and i whistled a happy tune as i changed the roll.
that's pretty much how all our pseudo step family meetings go.

Over or under?
under dammit always under, over just confuses the hell out of us males.
Under gives us that macho yank ability, the other way well.....
Oh, I agree, under is correct (it's also so my 3 cats can't unroll the roll so easily).
