Another fine effort ...

Not to be outdone in the three minute fiction contest, I tried once again. This time, NPR asked writers to submit a back-drop story of a thousand words or less about one of three objects, picked up randomly from a bric-a-brac store.

I like the suspenders. The whole object d'art reminds me of a Greek festival. In fact, that's where we're going today...to a Greek festival.

This "doll" has oodles of character. I like it.

Just letting you know that "Mary Jo" from the Big Girl's Pants blog passed away on March 17th. I hadn't checked there in a while and just found out this morning. Such a brave, brave soul.
